Former Assistant United States Attorney

Michael S. Oliver

In October 2025, Mike established Oliver & Oliver Law to put thirty-two years of experience in the criminal justice system to work for you. Mike has prosecuted thousands of cases involving single defendants and large nationwide conspiracies with multiple defendants. Mike knows the law enforcement officers who investigated your case, the prosecutors who filed your case, and the judges who will decide the issues in your case. This knowledge and experience is a critical tool to help you navigate your encounter with the system.

If the government has accused you of state or federal crimes, above all, Mike will listen to you. Whether your matter involves allegations of complex narcotics distribution and money laundering, the illegal possession of firearms, violent crimes, fraud, or financial and tax offenses, Mike will aggressively, but practically, investigate every detail of your case, clearly communicate your options, and forcefully advocate your best interests to courts and juries to seek justice for you.
